A growing eCommerce brand with proven Etsy success. I audited and redesigned their independent store to match the trust their track record had already earned.
This client had built a strong foundation on Etsy, with genuine sales history and a loyal customer base, but their independent website wasn't reflecting that success. The brand felt disconnected, and the site wasn't communicating the quality their products and reviews had already proven.
The audit came down to two things: a lack of trust signals, and a brand that didn't feel consistent from page to page. There were gaps across the buying journey, and a tone of voice that wasn't quite landing with their actual customers.
I rebuilt the site around building credibility from the first impression. A stronger hero section leads people into a proper flow, with calls to action that guide rather than push. Every section earned its place: social proof, product storytelling, tone, and visual consistency, all considered against what their actual customers care about.
I implemented the new designs directly into their existing Wix site, so everything that was already working stayed in place, while the site as a whole got noticeably better at turning visitors into customers.
